Purchases
If you wish to purchase any service or product through our website, you may be required to submit certain information relevant to the purchase, such as your full name, address, email address, and phone number.

The Stately website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not have any control over these websites; hence, we are not liable for any damages or loss caused using such websites or services.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card, cash, or direct bank transfer. All credit card payments incur a 1.5% credit card fee. In the event of a dispute, Stately shall recover all costs from the customer.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation of any appointments must be at least 24 hours prior to the time of commencement. A cancellation fee of $55.00 pro rata will be applied at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions – Air Conditioner Cleaning
Stately is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or any conditions that cannot be seen upon visual inspection. The following is not included:
• Faulty Remote Controls.
• Faulty Circuit Boards in the Evaporator/Condenser.
• Worn Airflow Louver Motors.
• Brittle Louvers.
• Worn air filters due to age or lack of maintenance.
• Air conditioners that are 10 years plus. They have a risk of failure or breakdown due to age; the customer accepts the risk that a breakdown/failure may happen and, in such an event, Stately shall not be liable.
• Faulty electrical cables.
• Faulty circuit isolating switches.
• Drainage pump failure or leaking where fitted post-cleaning.

Any damage to property, including furniture, walls, and floors, while enabling access to the work site.
• Where air conditioners are cleaned that have wall-mounted televisions below the air conditioner, no liability will be accepted for any damage caused by condensate leaking, in any period post-service.
• Stately recommends that no flat-screen television or monitor be mounted on the wall directly under an air conditioner.
• Any warranty claims shall be lodged within 2 days of completion of the work. Stately shall not be liable for any claims after this. In the event of a customer complaint, the customer shall give Stately the opportunity to rectify all work. Stately shall deny any claims if any rectification is done by the customer or any outside person/contractor.

12-Month Warranty – Mould Free
The indoor Evaporator Coils have a mould-free warranty for a minimum period of 12 months on Deep Clean Premium from the Date of Service. Customers must retain their Tax Invoice as proof of purchase to honour any warranty claim. The following conditions apply:
• This warranty will be voided if the warranted equipment is serviced or cleaned by any contractor.
• Normal contamination and dirt build-up on other parts of the air conditioner are excluded.
• Where a claim has been received, we will inspect the unit and reclean it. If further diagnosis is required, such as lab tests to confirm any non-biological type of mould, then the customer shall be liable for the testing costs.
• The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the time of the service. All services must be paid in full.

Warranty Exclusions
The 12-month mould-free warranty does not apply to air conditioners in kitchens, beauty salons, tattoo parlours, hairdressers, massage therapy rooms, manufacturing plants, food production areas, or bakeries.

Odours
Stately cannot guarantee against odours reoccurring. Some common factors for odours are:
• Coils, blowers, and drain pans contaminated.
• Incorrectly installed condensate drains.
• Evaporators that have been subjected to fats and greases due to cooking.
• Pests and insects entering the system and dying, e.g., mice, geckos, cockroaches, etc.

Terms and Conditions for Pest Control

Pest Control Warranty
The chemicals we use will take up to 6 weeks to take effect. There may be an increased number of pests after the spray as the chemical forces the pests to come out of hiding spots. Once they absorb the chemical into their bodies, they die. We offer a 12-month warranty with certain limitations. We shall do a spot spray in the event a customer files a claim. Proof must be provided, e.g., pictures showing pest presence.
Ants
Under General Pest warranty, ants are not covered. However, if ants do come in touch with our chemicals, they will die.

Terms and Conditions for Carpet Steam Cleaning
1. Introduction
Welcome to Stately Carpet Care. By scheduling our carpet cleaning services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional carpet cleaning services, including stain and odour removal. While we strive to achieve the best results, please note that stain removal is not guaranteed; however, our technicians are trained in Advanced Stain Removal techniques.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, EFTPOS, credit card, debit card, and Afterpay. Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies for credit card payments.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of $55.00. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment without any additional charges.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the area to be cleaned is accessible and free of obstacles. Any valuable or fragile items should be removed from the area prior to the cleaning process. We are unable to move furniture.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to carpets or other items. While we exercise the utmost care, we are not liable for any damage caused during the cleaning process unless it is due to our negligence.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
